About Foresight

Foresight is an AI-powered consumer research platform. We create lifelike simulations of your market (digital twins of real consumers) that you can survey, interview, and test concepts on in minutes instead of months.

Generic AI predicts the next word. Foresight builds statistically representative consumer personas grounded in real census data, socioeconomic profiles, and behavioral patterns across 47 countries. Each persona carries the complexity of a real person: demographics, values, purchase history, cultural context.

Accuracy & Methodology

Our simulations achieve over 90% accuracy relative to the test-retest ceiling observed in traditional research. We continuously benchmark against live studies and provide confidence levels with every result. Visit our methodology page to see how we validate accuracy.

We build personas from three layers: demographic data (real census data across 47 countries), socioeconomic data (education, employment, household), and behavioral & attitudinal data (purchase patterns, brand loyalty, values). When clients optionally share their own research data, we can calibrate personas even further.

Yes. We offer optional calibration studies where we replicate one of your past studies using Foresight so you can compare results side by side. No data upload is required to start using the platform.

Behavioral and attitudinal signals are updated weekly. Economic and demographic data is refreshed as new data becomes available from official sources.

Privacy & Security

Yes. Foresight is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Your innovation data (campaign strategies, unreleased concepts, competitive intelligence) stays yours. We never share client data.

No. Your research data and uploads are used exclusively for your studies. We do not use client data to train any models or share it with third parties.

Technology

Foresight owns the entire data pipeline that builds each persona: demographics, socioeconomics, purchase behavior, cultural context. The LLM's only role is to speak as that persona. Think of it like an actor reading a detailed character brief. We write the brief from real-world data, the LLM performs the role.

Limitations

Synthetic consumers are not a replacement for all research. They are not suited for: product testing that requires physical interaction (taste, texture, scent), legal compliance requiring jurisdiction-specific advice, safety-critical UX decisions without human validation, or evaluating truly novel stimuli with no existing consumer context. For these, traditional research remains the right choice.
